Shipping & Returns

​We know that when you order something for your dog, you want it to arrive yesterday! Because we pride ourselves on honesty with our pack, we want to be completely transparent about how our delivery process works.

📦 How We Ship

To bring you premium, durable dog essentials without the hyper-inflated price tags of the high street, we ship our products directly from our trusted international manufacturing partners.
 

By cutting out the middleman and shipping straight from the workshop to your door, we keep our carbon footprint lower and pass those cost savings directly on to you.

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days (checking the hardware, packing the order).

  • Standard UK Delivery: 7–12 business days.

  • Total Estimated Arrival: 8–15 business days from the moment you place your order.
     

Fully Tracked: The moment your parcel leaves the workshop, you will receive a confirmation email with a live tracking link. Once your package clears UK customs, it is handed over to our local delivery partners (Royal Mail or Evri) for the final leg of the journey to your letterbox.

🛃 Customs & Duties (The Good News)

Nobody likes a surprise "handling fee" grey card through the door.

For all standard orders under £135, we cover the VAT and import costs at checkout. The price you see on the screen is the final price you pay. You will not be asked for a single extra penny by the postman.

🔄 Our 30-Day "Happy Hound" Returns

We want you and your dog to be completely delighted with your Canine Love gear. In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, if a collar is the wrong size or a bed doesn't fit your space quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us and request a refund or an exchange.

How to return an item:

  • Contact us first: Please email our friendly support team at [your support email address] with your Order Number to initiate the process.

  • Use our provided address: Because we use an optimized supply chain with overseas fulfillment hubs, please do not post the item back to the return address printed on the original shipping parcel. Our team will reply within 24 hours with the correct, authorized returns address.

  • Keep it pristine: To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original, resellable condition and in their original packaging. We completely understand trying a collar on for size, but due to strict pet hygiene standards, returned items must be entirely free of dog hair, odor, and mud.

  • Return Shipping: In accordance with UK online shopping regulations, please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our designated returns address, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
